Zucchini-licious Delight Pie

Zucchini Pie Recipe:


- 4 cups grated zucchini

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup chopped onion

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 4 eggs, beaten

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.

2. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, flour, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, vegetable oil, beaten eggs, chopped parsley, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

3. Pour the mixture into the greased pie dish and spread it out evenly.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
